ABOUT THE POSITION
Columbia Sportswear's dynamic global supply chain consists of 4 distribution centers, 430 retail stores, 80 apparel, and 20 footwear factories worldwide. We pride ourselves on getting products to market quickly, safely, and in the most cost-effective manner. By leveraging data analytics, we are constantly pushing to make smarter business decisions and identifying innovative ways to make Columbia Sportswear's supply chain more efficient and effective to meet our consumers' ever-changing needs.
As an Account Services Representative, you will provide exceptional order management and ensure service excellence for the account base you support. Bring your keen eye for process improvement to strengthen customer relationships and advance the order process function. You will use your relationship management skills to partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Credit, Logistics, Distribution, Planning, and Master Data.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Manage the life of an order process, including order deadlines, in-season order updates, on-time shipping, and follow-up.
- Ensure customers' orders are on-time and in-full, in alignment with Columbia Sportswear's go-to-market strategies and corporate forecast.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure consistent contract review, documentation, and approval of date changes and cancellations
- Work to ensure that supply chain initiatives (i.e., direct ship) are fully and successfully leveraged.
- Identify and initiate strategic cross-functional relationships to drive account execution.
- Compile and analyze key metrics to drive customer-based solutions and decision-making.
- Drive improvement in order management processes/practices across the Supply Chain.
- Review, investigate and validate customer chargebacks negotiating reversals where applicable.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and other departments as required to meet customer goals and directives
- Drive improvements in the order-to-cash process, focusing on maximizing order fill rate by leading various company, department, and information services projects.
YOU ARE

- Analytical, including problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with the ability to pivot and change course with ease
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related specialization OR a minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
- Retail, Footwear, or Apparel experience preferred
- Skilled with analytical tools - (including Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- SAP Experience required
- Moderate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
