The Account Operations Specialist will assist with internal support to the sales team, rate analysis and pricing, and database maintenance. This position requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous data entry, as well as a detailed and perfectionistic mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in an office setting with responsibilities requiring a similar skillset
  • Experience with Excel and pivot tables
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • A desire to learn, grow and consistently improve yourself and the team
  • A propensity for repetitive work requiring a high level of concentration, including meticulous data entry and contract auditing

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position
  • Experience in database maintenance, excel and training others required
  • Meticulous detail orientation and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Desire to learn, grow, and consistently improve 
  • Propensity for repetitive work requiring an elevated level of concentration including meticulous data entry and auditing
