In this role, you will:
Hold responsibility for overseeing account relationships and ensuring distribution partners and the OneAmerica Care Solutions sales organization have the tools and information they need to be successful. The Account Relationship Manager (ARM) partners with Divisional Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Directors/Managers to create sales opportunities with distribution partners, identify innovative strategies to increase sales, optimize operational excellence, and exceed sales goals. Establish meaningful relationships with key personnel and department leaders within OneAmerica and our Care Solutions distribution partners.

This selected candidate may work remote. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Partner, strengthen, and manage relationships with OneAmerica's Care Solutions distribution partners
- Learn distribution partner goals and objectives in order to streamline processes and maximize effectiveness
- Collaborate with OneAmerica's Care Solutions Divisional Vice Presidents (DVPs) to develop annual sales plans for distribution partners
- Oversee and direct information flow from distribution partners to and from the OneAmerica home office
- Provide feedback on various home office initiatives
- Serve as point person and escalation contact for OneAmerica's Care Solutions DVPs and Regional Sales Directors/Managers for home office questions
- Plan, lead, and direct educational events such as training webinars
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial goals
- Coordinate new partner launches including contracting and training
- Promote Care Solutions and establish the OneAmerica brand in both new and existing distribution
- Partner with numerous OneAmerica business functions including Internal Sales, Sales Development, Account Relationship Manager, New Business, Underwriting, Licensing, Commissions, Marketing, and Finance
We seek:
- 3+ years' experience in account management/sales support
- 1-2 years' financial services experience is ideal
- 3+ years' professional office experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Exceptional skill in establishing relationships and building partnerships both internal and external
- Strong project management background to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Ability to problem solve quickly and work with ambiguity when addressing issues for which a clear answer is not immediately apparent
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude to lend to a great working partnership
- Understanding of insurance and FINRA
- Life and Health license
- CLTC designation (Certified in Long Term Care)
