The NA PSS Sales team is looking for an Account Representative to support account activities across the three product lines (Seat Belts, Airbags & Steering Wheels) for customer Stellantis.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintain prototype order tracker with PO status
  • Work as liaison between ZF Sales, Engineering and Program Management to coordinate on-time customer delivery
  • Work as liaison between Customer and ZF Sales, Engineering and Program Management to communicate issues with prototype purchase orders
  • Work with account manager to establish prototype & production pricing
  • Provide pricing for Customer RFQ requests
  • Approve, track & ensure goods receipt closure for prototype shipments
  • Record & track quarterly raw material inflation via customer PO's & market trends
  • Process customer PO's in the ZF CORA system
  • Work with Finance and Accounts Receivable (A/R) departments to resolve invoice/payment issues.
  • Support Account Managers with Claim Recovery
Qualifications:

Required:
  • Experienced working with Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Approachable and positive demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast paced in environment
  • Self-starter and strong follow up capabilities
  • Organized Accurate Record Keeping
Preferred:
  • Associates Degree - Business or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in sales
  • SAP experience
