Additional Information
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing. Must be able to travel domestic and international.

Role Summary
Performs routine account management activities such as organizing visits with current and potential clients, assists with quote preparation and determining/identifying customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Commit time and creative thought to the alignment and execution of assignments in support of the Vehma/Cosma Strategic Plan.
- Communicate with internal managers, employees, and external OEM customers to anticipate targeted opportunities/projects.
- Determine customer needs.
- Establish goals and develop strategy to achieve goals.
- Monitor and inform management of industry trends and competitive information.
- Participates in negotiation of contracts.
- Provide day-to-day customer support.
- Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, site visits, and other methods
- Assist in developing customer presentations.
- Assist in maintaining competitor data base.
- Assist in resolving commercial issue related to quality and material issues for products.
- Attend plant try-outs with manufacturing representatives.
- Attend product development meetings and follow-up on information requests from Engineering.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Build relationships with key division management.
- Conduit to manufacturing plant sales team for quotation preparation, response, and tracking.
- Coordinate sample submissions.
- Follow engineering changes with customer and within the Company.
- Follow-up on information requests from Engineering in conjunction with the Program Managers.
- Sell the company to the customer, i.e., Company's philosophy, structure, capability and expertise. Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Act with honesty and integrity, and make ethical business choices in accordance with Magna's Compliance Policies and Procedures.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
