As an Account Representative, you'll be reaching out to prospective clients and generating account opportunities. We're looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and passionate about helping others. You'll also be highly skilled in communication, offer great customer service, and have exceptional time management, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Follow up timely on inbound leads and manage full-cycle sales
- Maintain organized notes about all potential clients and calls
- Manage sales pipeline
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Assist with demos for clients (including client market research)
- Answer client lead questions
- Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Draft client proposals
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Work with Creative Department to launch automation campaigns
- Assist with upselling SLX unlimited subscription plans to existing Salesforce and Pardot Users
- Sell within US territory
Requirements:
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- High level of efficiency and accuracy (very detail-oriented)
- Excellent relationship management skills and follow-up skills
- Openness to feedback
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptable and excited about fast growth
- Passionate about helping people
- Ability to take initiative and make things happen
- Ability to solve problems quickly and think strategically
- Experience with task management tools, such as Asana
Experience:
- B2B Sales: Minimum of 2 year (Preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Highly preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $75K base comp (not including commissions) OTE $150K
COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently working remotely with plans to move to an optional, hybrid work-from-home/in-office model in the future.
