Account Representative

Job Description:

This person will be responsible for building strong relationships with our corporate and business customers. This individual will work with high volume number of checks on a daily within a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Experience in an office is a plus.

Pay: $16/HR

Desired Experience:

• Multi-task oriented with attention to accuracy and detail
• 2-3 years in an office environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Day to Day:

• Research and resolve rejected check issues utilizing multiple sources
• Perform various functions related to adjustments, notifications, and statistical reporting

Requirements:

• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong multi-tasker
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• 3-4 years in an office environment
• Working knowledge of Excel

Work Status:

Full-Time

Monday – Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
