Position Summary:
Account Service Managers are required to represent White Plains Linen professionally and with the highest degree of integrity and business ethics. Account Service Managers are responsible for servicing customers within designated territories (territories are based availability at hire and change with business trends). Familiarity with customer service and investigative inventory control for this position is necessary.This position is 98% field work in company vehicle that involves handling paperwork/computer files and some lifting upwards of 75lbs+.
Qualifications:
β’ Must have 3+ years customer service experience
β’ Must possess a valid NYS Driverβs License (Tri-State accepted)
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β’ Good organizational, computer and people skills
β’ Energetic, self-driven, detail oriented, focused and dedicated
β’ Conflict Resolution Skills
β’ Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
