Position Purpose: The Account Service Representative IV services assigned accounts to create and maintain customer loyalty and to achieve in-group membership, premium growth and overall profitability. Under the general direction of the Account Manager this position is responsible for coordinating the internal administrative processes. Administers designated renewals, open enrollment, Wellness, timely administrative Medical/Rx Claim processing and other tasks, while adhering to corporate budgetary policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Performs key liaison functions between Health Net and SPA administrators and consultants to obtain relevant information and/or to assist them in matters relating to the broad scope of Health Net activities, with a goal of establishing and maintaining a positive relationship. • Conducts benefits comparison analysis and makes suggestions for benefit implementation and modification to promote the use of most cost-effective and competitive plan to a particular industry. • Works closely with the assigned Account Manager to better manage the daily account activities and escalated member issues. • Plans, coordinates, and conducts group enrollment activities including enrollment presentations, mass mailings, etc. • Implements benefit designs, rates, contacts, broker commissions, and group structure in several sales databases upon group renewal or new group sale. • Implements Sales and Marketing Division strategy to increase membership. • Interprets and implements sales and marketing policies and procedures. • Handles and resolves group problems, within level of authority; assists members with PPG problems. • Provides information to SPA groups on legislative issues, network disruption, or and other matter of general interest that may impact on Health Net activities. • Reviews and approves enrollment materials, group service agreements, ID cards, and other group member materials for mailings. • Visits clients on a routine basis to accomplish position. • Completes project assignments that support unit or department goals.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, Public Relations or related field preferred.Sales, Marketing and Public relations experience preferable

License/Certification:Possession of a sales license or the ability to acquire one within a reasonable period of time

For Arkansas Health & Wellness plan: Customer service or healthcare industry experience preferred.
