Summary
- Primary responsibility is back end mapping for new eServices.
- Set up of new cusotmer accounts within SAP and other systems
- Will also handle a small % of customer inquires around ordering and troubleshooting of the new eServices.
- Account validation
- Activating eServices and account association
- 25% canvassing manual order accounts to automation
- Collaborating with peers
- Level 1&2 support for customer inquires
- Coordinating customer resolution with eCommerce Analyst
Skills
- Attention to detail (data entry)
- System exprience - SAP, Magento, SAP, etc
- Customer facing experience
- High aptitude for written communication
