As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and sustaining our business primarily through handling the operational aspects of client accounts. Day-to-day activities will revolve around auditing and processing invoices, confirming rates on factorable loads, communication with clients, assessing potential customers’ credit for business, building customized client invoices, and working closely within a team to accomplish established goals and objectives.  

Responsibilities:

• Be a knowledgeable resource for client questions regarding their account, billing inquires, and general factoring information
• Confirm rates on factorable loads
• Assess and aide clients on invoice issues that need additional paperwork or clarifications
• Invoice bills to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate within the team about operations activities in order to meet daily deadlines 
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls 

What we look for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field 
• Focus on Client experience   
• Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Coachability to learn a dynamic growing industry 
• Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
