The Account Specialist position with Lockton will provide ongoing support and customer service to broker, carrier, and group clients. Key tasks include implementing new and renewal groups in Employee Navigator, conducting data translation, responding to client service requests in a timely and respectful manner, auditing work and managing ongoing regular tasks as assigned by manager. Success in this role requires an excellent sense of organization and time management skills.

Implementation of Employee Navigator

Implementation duties will support both the set-up of new and renewal groups on Employee Navigator, including the following duties:

  • Information gathering, timeline management, and project management
  • Email and phone contact with clients
  • Configuring of structure, plans, payroll, communication, rates, and contributions of groups according to established guidelines and documented practices
  • Configuration of PTO, ACA, and task modules
  • Testing and quality assurance of sites upon completion
  • Assist in the manual eligibility and maintenance for all cases requiring online eligibility arrangements and weekly recordkeeping completion of same
  • Maintenance of Employee Navigator broker setup client templates
  • Taking effective notes during client meetings as requested
  • Assist in the maintenance of document library and other communication deliverables
  • Keeping up to date with Navigator enhancements as notifications are distributed

Support of Clients and Lockton Team

Ongoing support of our clients is a crucial position requirement, duties include:

  • Open enrollment, renewal, new hire and life event enrollment support via phone and email in a timely (within 24 hours) and respectful manner
  • Open enrollment, renewal, new hire and life event troubleshooting and training
  • General Employee Navigator training
  • Cross Client QA Support
  • Create or QA review of sales materials, external client facing documentation and internal documentation
  • Assist project management tool implementation support

Account Specialist Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Experience with Employee Navigator software preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits space
