Essential Functions
- Provide strong customer service to both internal and external customers and collaborate with business partners
- Respond accurately to external and internal customers questions/requests via phone/email while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Notify clients within a timely manner to ensure there are no missed deadlines or customer impact
- Assist with the processing set-up forms, verification for a wide variety of products
- Identify and recommend process improvements to current workflows/processes
- Validate the accuracy of data for clients to the system of record to ensure all required documentation is collected for account setup
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exercise sound judgement when making decisions
- Ability to quickly learn systems/processes, comfortable navigating multiple systems concurrently
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years customer service experience required
- 1+ years banking and card industry experience preferred
