Accountant -

PURPOSE: 
The account is responsible for properly booking all business transactions, preparing of payment scheduled weekly and prepare for reconciliation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keeping of the central and bank accounting and reconciliation
• Keeping of assets accounting
• Monthly reporting of key figures
• Contact person for Sales Tax office
• Vendor Reconciliation Reviews
• Review of processes
• Reporting (monthly) of Accounting department
• External and internal primary AP contact
• Act as a liaison between vendors and internal departments to resolve and address concerns as they arise

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Staff Accountant or higher, Studies in Business Administration or Accountant

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge in Accounting
• Payment processing and treasury topics
• Processing and booking of all business transactions (credit and debit)
• Responsibility financial reconciliations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• • Work is normally performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices.
