Accountants provide useful financial information for client management after researching and analyzing financial data. All work is completed with respect, ambition, and a spirit of progress.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare balance sheet account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Ensure accuracy between the general ledger and subledger/reconciliation reports
- Complete month-end procedures
- Substantiate financial transactions by reconciling with the appropriate documents
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Complete special projects
- Clearly communicate client information to team members
Ideal Candidate Profile - "Our Casting Call!"
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, GAAP, and Financial Accounting Standards
- Takes pride in satisfying client expectations by truly understanding the client and creating meaningful client experiences
- Thoroughness when accomplishing tasks, no matter how small, to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Must possess a passion for learning and a desire to continuously improve
