Accountants provide useful financial information for client management after researching and analyzing financial data. All work is completed with respect, ambition, and a spirit of progress.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare balance sheet account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Ensure accuracy between the general ledger and subledger/reconciliation reports
• Complete month-end procedures
• Substantiate financial transactions by reconciling with the appropriate documents
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Complete special projects
• Clearly communicate client information to team members

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, GAAP, and Financial Accounting Standards
• Takes pride in satisfying client expectations by truly understanding the client and creating meaningful client experiences
• Thoroughness when accomplishing tasks, no matter how small, to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Must possess a passion for learning and a desire to continuously improve
