Entegris is seeking an Accountant who will be an integral part of the Corporate Accounting function. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for intercompany accounting and will work closely with Entegris’ global accounting teams, as well as Tax, Treasury and IT. The role is located in Chaska, MN, will work a hybrid schedule, and will report to Entegris’ Corporate Accounting Manager.  

What you'll do: 

• Process intercompany transactions for North American entities. 

• Book accounting entries throughout the month and month-end associated with royalties and commissions, intercompany invoicing including payments and receipts, intercompany loans, transfer price adjustments, and other general entries. 

• Ensure that master data is appropriately set up for intercompany accounts and relationships in coordination with Customer Service and Procurement.  

• Prepare tie out schedules used by accounting teams to ensure proper legal entity accounting and eliminations for consolidations.   

• Monitor and analyze monthly intercompany accounts to ensure they are booked correctly and will consolidate correctly.  

• Prepare account reconciliations, including supporting documentation; identify discrepancies and propose solutions to address issues. 

• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency while maintaining a high level of accuracy.  

• Uphold a strong controls environment, and support and respond to internal and external audit requests. 

• Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed. 

What we seek:   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting  

• Advanced functionality of Excel  

• SAP experience preferred 

• Process improvement mindset 

• 1-3 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing company preferred
