Accountant

This position may be responsible for cost accounting, quotations, financial analysis, product profitability, and/or productivity reporting.

Based on qualifications of the candidate, duties and responsibilities may include:

• Cost accounting and production activity analysis
• Providing quotes for sales/marketing departments
• Cost analysis of production comparing actual to expected
• Financial analysis and month-end reconciling
• Preparation of general ledger transactions and analysis
• Performance of other daily accounting tasks

Requirements

• 4-year degree is preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Accounting experience preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools
• Ability to work well with a team
• Attention to detail
• Great communication skills
