TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we’re currently looking for a full-time Accountant based in our Barcelona office.

You will support all 4 of our brands: Fabletics, from premium training gear to performance-inspired swimsuits and lifestyle dresses, Fabletics designs embody the core principles of fit, function and style – all at great prices; Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brands established together with Rihanna; JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim; and Yitty, our shapewear brand reinvented by the singer Lizzo.

The goal is to efficiently deliver a high-quality work product in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position reports to the Senior Director Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Booking AP/AR invoices – coordination with suppliers and other third parties

• Prepare payments to suppliers.

• Perform administrative duties / responsible of the archive / multitasking.

• Bank accounts reconciliation and sales reconciliation with payment provider. Booking Cash movements and maintaining cash forecast.

• AP/AR/Cash to GL reconciliation.

• Preparing and submitting VAT filings, CIT and other taxes (Intrastat, Intracomm VAT)

• Support in daily activities and Year-end audit and preparation of statutory accounts.

• Preparation and review of monthly closings.

• Accrual preparation and control.

• Travel expenses.

• Sox implementation.

Required Skills:

•  BA in Economics, Accounting.

• 3-4 years’ proved work experience in a similar role, will value background in big 4 Audit firm.

• Experience in Oracle highly valued.

• High excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, sum.if, etc) Able to manage large volume of data

• High level of English / Spanish. French or German a plus.

• Committed, accountable, team player, highly motivated to learn on a day to day basis and contribute to the growth of the company.

• Organized and responsible. Role with high attention to detail, meticulous while maintaining and analyzing the big picture.

• Comfortable in dynamic, high growth environments and starting things from scratch

• Proactive and used to work autonomously, improve things and design processes, effective problem solver and results oriented.

• Hands on role.
