Job Description:

• Accounts Payables (AP) system data maintenance
• Ensure timely, proper accounting and posting of information into the Account Payables.
• Provide AP Accounting and Financial Service support to specified country/location in compliance with the Service Level Agreement
• Ensure proper and correct integration of data from sub-system into the General Ledger.
• Perform sub-ledger pre-close, financial close and additional year end close for specified country/location.
• Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliation and aging on a monthly basis
• Support specified country/location to provide actual information required for special projects or surveys.
• AP Backup support for other pre-assigned country/location.
• Support Manager on maintenance of AP policies and procedures for SOX compliance
• Ensure proper record retention for all AP records in compliance with Corporate and local supported site requirement
• Has good command of English and is able to communicate effective to various levels of people, internal and external.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• PROFESSIONAL/DEGREE

Specialization ACCOUNTING

• Experience -Minimum 2-3 YEARS

Field of Experience

• Preferably familiar with accounting systems
• Basic Audit & Internal Controls
• Accounting Knowledge
• Preferably with MNC experience
