Swish Analytics, Inc. is looking for an Accountant to support the growing needs of the company.  This newly created position will support multiple areas of accounting for multiple entities including Cash, AR, Prepaid, Fixed Assets, AP, Payroll among others.   Reports to the Company’s Senior Manager of Accounting, who runs the department.

Location:   100% Remote anywhere within the United States, though shared time zone on West Coast would be preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting the accounting team in daily, monthly, and annual activities including the preparation of the journal entries for cash, accounts receivable, prepaid, fixed assets and other general ledger accounts
• Generating AR invoices including foreign currency transactions
• Applying cash to AR invoices
• Owning the accounts payable 
• Recording payroll for international subsidiary
• Preparing reconciliations including but not limited to prepaid, accrued expenses, fixed assets, bank and credit card reconciliations
• Supporting the accounting team in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements
• Supporting the accounting team in the process of evaluating monthly, quarterly, and annual fluctuations
• Documenting and establishing accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 2 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Knowledge of full cycle accounting
• Detail oriented with a proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership of projects
• Strong skills in Excel
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred
