The Team

The accounting team is part of the finance team. It’s a motivated and highly skilled team with high aspirations for the development of the team and the people in the team. We care about each other and respect the flexibility each one needs. But it's also a team where we expect that each one does their best and we go that extra mile when it's needed.

As Veo experiences rapid expansion, the finance department is evolving with an increased volume of projects and tasks. The role we seek is crucial to manage the growing number of transactions while ensuring compliance efficiently.

Experience, we are looking for:

• At least 3-4 years in a similar position or working in an audit company
• Experience in working in an ERP system, Navision/Business Central
• Significant experience in working with Excel.
• Solid knowledge of VAT and tax regulations related to sales.
• Ability to balance tasks effectively, shuffle priorities, and maintain a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of working with an Intercompany setup
• Professional Danish and English speaking and writing skills

Responsibilities in this position:

• Performing day-to-day financial transactions - verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Bank Reconciliation 
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger.
• Investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments.
• Assist the team with different month-end closing activities
• Understand and handle different outgoing VAT setups within the EU and the rest of the world
• Work closely with the financial controller and accounts payable to ensure accuracy in finances
• Performing Intercompany accounting and reconciliation.
• Generate and deliver reports internally as needed.

The finance team is open-minded, willing to adapt, accurate, detail-oriented, and focused. These are also attributes we are looking for in this position.
