Job Description

Office-based

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records and bookkeeping in compliance with local legal and tax regulations
• Process financial documents, including invoices and expense reports
• Prepare bank transfers and financial reports for clients
• Assist in compiling monthly tax reports and yearly statutory reports
• Liaise with vendors, support services, and employees on financial matters
• Maintain and update country-specific procedures and local policies
• Participate in finance and accounting projects as required

Qualifications

• Education in Finance/Accounting
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience
• Professional working proficiency in Polish and English
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles (local GAP) and local regulations
• Knowledge of and experience in SAP is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work accurately, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic team environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
