Accountant

Overview

As a key member of our Accounting team, you will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage accounting systems used by clients.
• Coordinate financial activities and reconcile accounts for multiple locations.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial policies and regulations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve financial procedures and systems.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Sage Intacct or Netsuite is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Background in accounting services, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well with clients and team members.
