Accountant

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the AP Accountant is responsible for the financial processing of transactions for an organization. Duties include daily bookkeeping, record keeping, and financial reporting. The Accounts Payable Accountant will reconcile and verify invoices.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Monitor the aging report and assigned vendors
• Enter and code GL for AP Vouchers.
• Maintain the payment proposal
• Monitor AP Inbox
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of business functions
• Beginner knowledge of excel
• Ability to meet deadlines and pay attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
