Job Description

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and analyze operating costs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets.
• Conduct regular audits of financial processes and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and resort policies.
• Assist in forecasting and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
