Job Description

• Manage payments in client-bank systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness 

• Operate in 1C for accounting and reporting 

• Work with Dext to process primary documentation 

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management, including revenue management, expense tracking (such as amortization, accruals, journal entries, and currency revaluation), bank statements processing (CSV extraction and integration into QuickBooks), and reconciliation and posting of bank transactions 

• Perform reconciliations with contractors and vendors 

• Prepare data for VAT reporting and submission 

• Compile data for CIT reporting and submission 

• Develop and analyze balance sheets, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and cash flow statements 

• Coordinate with local outsourcing providers to ensure compliance with UAE regulations 

• Work with multi-currency transactions and provide accurate revaluation 

• Implement and enhance automation solutions within accounting processes 

Qualifications

• Proven experience with QuickBooks and 1C software 

• Proficiency in handling multi-currency accounting and revaluation 

• Familiarity with VAT and CIT reporting

• Experience working with outsourced accounting firms or local outsourcing in other countries

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow 

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills 

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English 

WOULD BE A PLUS: 

• Previous experience in accounting automation and process optimization
