The Opportunity

Join us at Belong as an Accountant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our rapidly growing tech company. You’ll work closely with other members of the Finance team, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Who You Are

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- +3 years experience in accounting, preferably in a growing tech company or a similar environment.

- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)

- Knowledge of US GAAP (mandatory)

What You'll Do:

* Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.

* Assist our external auditors to ensure our audits are completed in a timely manner.

* Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports, supporting the overall financial management of the company.

* Assist in monitoring actual performance against budgets and targets, helping to maintain financial discipline and identify areas for improvement.

* Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies, providing insights that support decision-making.

* Participate in developing and implementing new processes and automation to enhance efficiency within the Finance team.
