Position Title__Accountant Assistant

Location__Tbilisi, Georgia

Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing, filing, sorting, and delivering to RDG

• Maintain proper recording of financial documents and transfers in 1C database

• Provide timely reports to the accountant

• Regular communications and follow up with the team for the required information and documents Control

• Order the stocks of the office

• Processing expense request for approvals

• Manage and maintain petty cash and business card expenditures

• Preparation of various reports assigned by chief accountant

• Filling the quarterly and annual statistics for geostat.ge

• Controlling the Rs.ge, seller/buyer invoices for VAT return

• Buying international tickets

• Control of reimbursement documentations

• Communication with external service and product providers

• Control, order and provide proper documentation of fuel for cars

• Help and assist with internal and external auditors

Qualification:

  • Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Accounting or Banking and Finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Specifically Excel Spreadsheet with formulas
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in accounting
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in order to manage competing deadlines
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in 1C would be an advantage
