Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accountant Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and Billing: Be part of the billing and invoicing process and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Financial Internal Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and analyses as needed.
• Assist in Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• CustomerCommunication: Interact with customer and internal teams to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
• Financial Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and billing and invoicing roles.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced tech environment.
