Job Overview

• Daily Duties:
  • Full cycle AP processing of up to 100 invoices/month.
  • AR with an emphasis on billing
  • Financial management including bank reconciliations, running monthly cash flow summaries for partners, processing credit card receipts/paying credit cards off.
  • Income statement/balance sheet reports in Deltek vision.
  • Some light multi entity work.
• Systems: Deltek Vision
