What you will do:

• Responsible for managing daily accounting operations in Xero for multiple entities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Responsible for payroll processing including ensuring compliance with tax regulations and coordinating with relevant parties as needed
• Responsible for AP function including handling communications and keeping all related records and documentations up to date
• Manage inter-company reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of the budget and financial analysis and reporting
• Provide support in closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Undertake ad hoc assignments, manage projects and execute operational duties as required, ensuring support across various functions

What we are looking for:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, and related discipline
• CPA, ACCA or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in General Ledger functions
• Hands on experience with Xero accounting software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in an international business environment with strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude with different IT solutions
• Capable of working independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Meticulous, well-organized and proactive with a strong sense of accountability
• Self-motivated and dedicated, consistently with a positive and results-oriented attitude
• Resourceful and adaptable, with willingness to take initiative and continuously develop skills
• Good command of English is a must, knowing other languages would be an advantage
