POSITION SUMMARY

Accounting practices, financial controls (budget), cost and general accounting

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· A/R and A/P management and reporting

· Inventory reporting

· Cash disbursement and collections

· Financial document filling

· SAP maintenance for finance

· Journal entry in SAP

· Preparation Corporate and Consumption tax filling

· Monthly and annual closing and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· More than college degree

· More than 3 year experience in Accounting position

· Experience of year end closing in companies (Preferable)

Experience of accounting job in foreign companies (Preferable)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Certification of Japan more than 2nd grade of commercial bookkeeping

· English communication skill for both of basic speaking and email communication (Writing and Reading). More than 600 score of TOEIC (Preferable)
