Accountant II

We're seeking an experienced Accountant II. The Accountant II position is responsible for assisting the finance department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization as well as assisting in the completion of departmental projects. General Duties

• Process daily accounts payable and receivable activities
• Process bank feeds
• General ledger maintenance
• Maintain digital records of all vendor invoices
• Assist in ad hoc research, audit and analysis projects
• Assist in month end close activities and financial statement preparation
• Assist in the documentation of departmental policies and procedures

Requirements

• Physical attendance at offices in Tampa FL (not eligible for hybrid nor remote work)
• QuickBooks experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Office required (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Experience with ConnectWise a definite plus
• Financial management
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to multitask
• Collaboration skills
• Must be thorough, have a great attention to detail, and be engaged in the work
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Four years of progressively increasing accounting responsibilities
• Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
