Accountant - Mid - Senior level

We are currently recruiting for an Accountant with about 3-5 years of experience to join our Hong Kong office on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance team and will have a direct impact on the month end result. 

Reporting to the Finance Manager some of your key duties include:

• Handle project accounting and management and accounts payable processes
• Review project budgets and highlight any issues to project managers and Partners-in-Charge to mitigate business risks
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely billing and collection of invoices.
• Prepare accounts payable journal input and reporting within required timeframe.
• Support the finance manager in completing periodic financial reports.
• Support the finance manager to provide financial analysis and advice to the management team
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Support preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts and monitor actual KPIs against approved budget/forecasts.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register to ensure the data is current and accurate
• Other duties as assigned
