We are seeking Accountants for our Phoenix, AZ office.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for providing accounting services across a broad spectrum of industries and service areas. You'll utilize your accounting educational background to provide excellent client service and help our clients reach their goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a variety of tax accounting services such as account reconciliations, preparation of workpapers, paperless conversions, and tax return preparation.
• Ability to identify and research client issues that arise.
• Handle routine client tax questions and work with clients to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.
• Interface with client personnel to review and apply accounting and tax principles.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred, but not required. Prior accounting experience will be considered as an equivalent as being enrolled in a 2 year degree program.

• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and/or regulations impacting each engagement or project and reporting of financial data.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
