Job Description:
This position is a part of our hybrid work arrangement and allows for a combination of three days in the office and 2 days remote work per week.
This new Staff II Accounting position will support the build out our AGSCS Shared Services team, supporting the Fee For Service business which is an exciting, complex, demanding and growing part of Arrow's Global business.
In this position, you'll be evaluating transactions and recording to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete. You'll be working with cross-functional teams, potentially across the globe.
The AGSCS business has a high degree of ambiguity; as we bring on new customers they may require services that don't exist today. It is also demanding and requires an extremely high degree of accuracy.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for the completion of balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis. Identifies process problems or issues and escalates appropriately.
• Reconciliations & Analysis-complete standard reconciliations and income statement analysis
• Evaluates transactions and records to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete. Performs financial analysis of actual results against budget/forecast.
• Supports and/or participates in special projects.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2-4 years of related experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Experience working for public companies highly preferred
• Excel proficiency required

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$62,200.00 - $75,295.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
