Key Responsibilities: • Client Account Management:Provide advice and support to existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained. • New Customer Enrollment:Assist with on-boarding and enrolling new customers, guiding them through the process to ensure a smooth transition. • Coaching & Training:Mentor new team members, sharing your expertise to help them grow within the company. • Daily Morning Meetings:Participate in daily meetings to review goals, share updates, and align with the team on strategies and objectives. • Data Entry & Record Keeping:Accurately maintain client information and track sales activity. • Intensive Management Development Program:Participate in a structured development program designed to build the skills necessary for higher-level positions. Qualifications: • No prior experience required!
