Accounting Administrator- Order Entry - $15/HR
Looking for a new career supporting an Accounting team? Growing, stable organization with roots in Chicago is looking for a sharp candidate!

Location: Mt. Prospect, Illinois

Responsibilities:

• Heavy data entry, edit and creating customer records
• Payments, invoices, posting checks
• Answer phones, general office support
• Work with the customer service team

• At least 1-2 years of accounting support and order entry experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Great attention to detail
• A desire to be a part of a team, and come to work with a great attitude
