Accounting Analyst

We are looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. Our operations are growing extensively and we are seeking like-minded, entrepreneurial spirits to help us scale our finance & accounting global function!  

The successful candidate will provide support for the day to day finance and accounting organization in order to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial data and the execution of strong controls processes.

For this position, you can work remotely from any part of Argentina but preferably in Buenos Aires. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Book accounting entries of all Jampp legal entities on a weekly basis. 
• Assist in different tasks during the monthly accounting close, including, but not limited to, prepayment schedules, bank reconciliations, accrued expenses, and revenue.
• Support external and internal audits.
• Work with various customized systems to ensure proper accounting and controls.
• Collaborate with other functions and global teams on accounting matters.
• Proactively identify issues and keep managers informed in a timely manner.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Graduate or Student of Certified Public Accountant.
• Top academic performer willing to learn and grow on a fast-pace technology startup.
• Advanced English skills
• Possess the hustle to get things done -
• Work under tight closing schedules and independence.
• A min. of 2 years of proven experience working in accounting firms or listed companies.

NICE TO HAVE

• Portuguese speakers are a plus.
• Netsuite ERP experience.
