Accounting Analyst (Accounts Receivable)

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join the Accounts Receivable team. The mission of Komodo’s Accounting Analyst is to support the growth of the Company and its functions through processing of accounts receivable, invoicing, cash applications, collections and other tasks needed.  This role will report to the AR & Revenue Manager.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have:

• Account Reconciliation and Reporting: 
• Regularly processed Accounts Receivable transactions, Cash Application, and Collections 
• Reconciled receivable accounts, prepared reports on A/R status, and conducted aging and debt analyses 
• Customer Account Management:
• Managed customer accounts, including setup, updates, and credit checks
• Handled client communications and negotiated payment plans
• Collaborated with sales and customer service for Sales Order Contract Review and billing dispute resolution.
• Audit and Compliance:
• Provided documentation for audits and ensured adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in A/R transactions
• FP&A Support:
• Contributed to budgeting and forecasting through analysis of accounts receivable trends and data
• Prepared analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R to inform cash position

What you bring to Komodo:

• Prior experience working in an accounting or finance role with Accounts Receivable responsibilities
• Familiarity with GAAP / understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Previous experience tools like Excel, Powerpoint, etc. in a professional setting
• Ability to handle competing priorities and impact multiple separate deliverables 
• Familiarity with ERP systems (we use Netsuite and Quickbooks)
