We are looking for a new Accounting Analyst (Pleno) to work in ourstructure in Brazil!

Work Model: Hybrid, twice a week in our office in Campinas or São Paulo office (Faria Lima)

Employment Contract: CLT- Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

• Your responsibilities:
  

• Reporting of LATAM Financials Figures to Group (Global Team)
• Interact with Global Team to align reporting process and variance analysis explanations
• Key contributor in month/quarter-end close process (journal entries, accruals, accounts reconciliation, analysis, etc.).
• Assist the preparation of Financial Statements
• Responsible for Fixed Asset Transactions and Governance
• Responsible for Payroll Register Transactions and Governance
• Responsible for ECD, IBGE, BACEN
• Chart of Accounts and Cost Center Governance
• ERP Structural Governance (Companies, Reports, Chart of Accounts, Cost Center)
• Evaluate current accounting practices and policies and drive continuous improvement
• Identify, interpret and analyze potential accounting risks and issues
• Interact with external auditors, following up and elaborating documents
• Be updated in terms of CPC/IFRS
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Advanced English Level
• Strong analytical & Excel skills
• Experience with ERP Systems (AARO, NetSuite and SAP Business One) is a big plus
• Accountability, problem solving and team oriented
