We are seeking an Accounting and Administration Manager who is responsible for the overall financial management including budgeting and monitoring of expenditures; financial reporting and auditing; maintaining and supervising project accounts, book of accounts, banking and financial operations and all administrative work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and maintain financial and administrative records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports
  • Provide Administrative support to management
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
  • Prepare monthly invoices for clients and resolve any billing issues
  • Work with internal team to process monthly income recognition
  • Manage external relationships with partners - including accounting firm, payroll service provider, 401K provider, facility management, legal and tax authorities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process payroll and 401K contributions
  • Make sure tax reporting obligations are fulfilled on time
  • Manage office contracts


Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems (expertise in Advantage is a plus)
  • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy, shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
  • Ability to work independently but collaborate on projects when needed
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and trust
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration - or equivalent experience in the services industry is required
  • 5+ years professional experience with strong business acumen
