We are seeking an Accounting and Administration Manager who is responsible for the overall financial management including budgeting and monitoring of expenditures; financial reporting and auditing; maintaining and supervising project accounts, book of accounts, banking and financial operations and all administrative work.

We are seeking an Accounting and Administration Manager who is responsible for the overall financial management including budgeting and monitoring of expenditures; financial reporting and auditing; maintaining and supervising project accounts, book of accounts, banking and financial operations and all administrative work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and maintain financial and administrative records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports
- Provide Administrative support to management
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
- Prepare monthly invoices for clients and resolve any billing issues
- Work with internal team to process monthly income recognition
- Manage external relationships with partners - including accounting firm, payroll service provider, 401K provider, facility management, legal and tax authorities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and 401K contributions
- Make sure tax reporting obligations are fulfilled on time
- Manage office contracts
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems (expertise in Advantage is a plus)
- Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy, shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
- Ability to work independently but collaborate on projects when needed
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and trust
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration - or equivalent experience in the services industry is required
- 5+ years professional experience with strong business acumen
