About the Job / Key Responsibilities

CENSUS is seeking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting processes and a solid understanding of ERP systems. You will support the accounting department in daily operations and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Main Tasks:

• Maintain and manage accounting books for Category C accounting.
• Check and record financial documents and invoices.
• Utilize Entersoft ERP system for data entry and accounting operations.
• Perform regular reviews and ensure compliance with myDATA reporting requirements.
• Prepare and assist with income tax and VAT filings.
• Communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting position.
• Proficient in Entersoft ERP system.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and writing).
• Proficient in the use of Computers including Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of income tax and VAT regulations.
• Experience with myDATA procedures and compliance.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
