Accounting Assistant

Stew Hansen Dodge City, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Accounting Assistant that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty and teamwork.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

•  Complete bank runs.
•  Deliver documents to downtown dealerships.
•  Take licensing to the DMV.
•  Occasional filing and other general office duties as needed.
•  Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

•  Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• Previous Dealership or Accounting Administration Experience is required
• An Accounting Degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred
•  Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. 
•  Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
•  Task oriented.
•  High attention to detail.
