We are looking for an experienced, energetic, eager-to-learn accounting professional to join our Corporate Accounting team.

AS AN ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE, YOU WILL:

• Process and record vendor bills, maintain vendor records, and initiate vendor payments;
• Record daily cash transactions; 
• Perform weekly cash reconciliations; tieout to trial balance at month end;
• Review and reconcile employee credit card transactions to expense reports;
• Book month-end closing journal entries for multiple international entities;
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements;
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and analytics related to spending.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline;
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Able to work well independently;
• Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
