We help small and medium-sized businesses manage their IT infrastructure, keep them safe from hackers and cybersecurity threats, and provide scalable IT solutions to improve efficiency, increase profitability, and reduce costs.

This role is a new position in the Accounting Department.

• Full-time
• In the Hoboken, NJ office
• You will assisting with invoicing, collecting accounts receivable, processing accounts payable, and preparing expense reports.
• We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, with great communication skills.
• You should be comfortable with computers and be willing and capable of learning a tech industry-standard program we use to deliver service to our clients.
• We work with QuickBooks, so experience with this program or a similar accounting platform is great.
• You should be comfortable calling clients to collect receivables and process credit card payments. They may also need help resolving billing issues so your customer service skills will come in handy.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic accounting and bookkeeping support• Monitor and prepare expense reports• Assist in processing Accounts Payable• Prepare invoicing and process Accounts Receivable• Process orders in our online platform• Provide analytical support to the entire organization

Qualifications

• Bookkeeping experience• Strong organizational skills• Experience with QuickBooks• Ability to meet deadlines• Customer service experience• High School Graduate
