| Essential Functions |
- Process Account Receivables ‐ daily deposit, prepare deposit slip for the bank, and enter ACH deposits that are posted online in Bank's website
- Process Credit Card reports
- Print checks and process ACH remittance
- Fee Tracker upkeep
- ACH ‐ person‐to‐person comparison
- Reconcile bank statements
- Filing, scanning, email correspondence
- Help with month end processing
- Pull variety of reports from various programs
- Upload reports to the portal for clients
- Audit of client's accounts
- Client account monthly balancing
- Communicate with Client's regarding invoices/payments
