Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Daily disbursement and funding balancing.
• Process daily custodial wires to taxing authorities for the commercial and residential business.
• Wire and ACH recording.
• Month end close and reporting and activity.
• Daily liaison with operations, Cognizant and other internal and external customers.
• Participate in client, RegAB and Sox audit.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of full Cycle Accounts Payable processing
• Experienced with the following:
• Daily balancing and posting
• Wire and ACH payment processing.
• 1099 Reporting
• Cash application
• Participate in accurate and timely closing of General ledgers on a monthly basis.
• Deliver results individually and as a key team member in a fast paced, high performance culture.
• The function will include funding verification, RegAB reporting and compliance and outstanding checks reporting
