Key Responsibilities

• Perform day to day accounting operations, including:
  1. Accounts Payable
  2. Accounts Receivable
  3. Account Reconciliation
  4. Payroll
• Responsible for timely and accurate month end close procedures and records
• Accurate and timely account reconciliations
• Process vendor invoices, ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
• Monitor AP aging reports to determine potential payment issues
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• High School Diploma required
• 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Accounts payable experience: 3 way matching experience required
• Manufacturing company experience preferred
• Experience with Oracle, Smart Sheet and Paylocity, is a plus
• Must have strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Excel
• Must be organized and have great attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
