We are currently seeking an Accounting Associate to join our new and dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the Accounting Team!

The Accounting Associate assists and supports the CFO with managing investments, budgets, expenses, taxes, and cash flow. The Accounting Associate will also help create the business plan, 3 month moving plan, unit cost, and review the weekly based performance management.

Area of Responsibility :

• Managing AP, Mass Payment, Fixed Asset and budget
• Assist month-end closing process
• Guide expense policy and system operation
• Periodical report preparation
• Assist External Auditor's field work
• Assist as needed with other internal customer accounting associate duties

Minimum Requirements:

• Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy in volume processing
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
• Experience with ERP or related general ledger software
• Trustworthiness in working with confidential data
• 0~2 years relevant experience
• Associates degree in business or accounting preferred, more years of relevant work experience may be a satisfactory substitute
• Able and willing to work under pressure environment and challenging deadlines
• Team-player attitude and a willingness to support other team members

Work condition :

Candidates should be available early mornings or late afternoons in order to communicate with Korea.

Other Requirements:

• Some occasional international travel required
• Bilingual (Korean) preferred due to frequent communication with Korea.
